Yes, you do in every corner of the world.
The reason you need one, is so your doctor ca make sure you are healthy enough to use that pill. It causes a lot of bodily changes, quickly, and if your heart, penis, testicles, and stomach are not so great, you could very well kill yourself by taking one.
Another reason, is in case you are on any other medication. Even an aspirin or acetaminophen can cause palpitations or blood pressure issues.
Blood pressure issues, out of hand, could cause capillaries in your genitals to burst, which could prevent an erection ever occurring again.
Besides, better safe than sorry!

That depends on your own physiology. It's difficult to tell, but for me Cialis works the best. You may want to try each and every one and see which one works the best for you.

right so i went throught a lot of questions that people have posted about purchasing viagra/ex.... online and what i saw was the same people posting the same messages.
such as this guy named jeremy which posted (I don't think so, generic viagra or what you call fake viagra works same, has same chemical substance and unfortunately same side effects for some people.
